Loyalty Card  

The card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, vouchers, discounts or special events/evenings. Minimum spend of £15.00 per person applies to receive a stamp. New Forest Hotels Plc have the right to withdraw any offers or card without prior notice being given. Members will be periodically updated with promotional data from New Forest Hotels Plc. The card is non transferable.


For those receiving table service, a 10% service charge is automatically added to your bill. This charge is discretionary and can be removed at your request.

For table reservations of 6 or more, we will require a credit card to guarantee the booking. In the event of a no-show, or a notification of cancellation prior to 5pm one day before the reservation will result in a £15 per person cancellation charge.

The Drift Inn has copyright over all the text and photographs on our website. The details contained in the website are for “information purposes only”. Unfortunately, we do not allow third parties to link to our website without prior written permission.

The legal bit

The Drift Inn may cancel your booking (i) if it is closed due to circumstances outside of its control (ii) if the guest becomes insolvent or enters into liquidation or receivership (iii) if the guest is more than 30 days in arrears with any payment to any Hotel in the New Forest Hotels Group (iv) to avoid a breach of these conditions, or (v) if it might prejudice the reputation of, or cause damage to, the Drift Inn (vi) if the guest is abusive to The Drift Inn staff. In such event The Drift Inn will refund any advance payment made but will have no further liability to the guest. The Management reserves the right to amend the contents of these terms and conditions without prior notice.  It is the customer’s responsibility to check for any updates. Notwithstanding anything contained in these terms, The Drift Inn will not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations to the Client in whole or part as a result of any of the following circumstances: strikes, other industrial action(s), fire at or near The Drift Inn, flood at or near The Drift Inn, civil unrest, dispute or commotion, act of God, legal action against the company, not resulting from its negligence, preventing the supply of services, electricity/gas cut, loss of water. The Drift Inn will take all reasonable steps to fulfil the reservation to the best of its ability and in accordance with the details provided. However, it reserves the right to provide alternative services of at least an equivalent standard at no additional costs to the Client.

We appreciate all feedback in order to develop and maintain our high standards. In the event that you were not completely happy with your Drift Inn experience, please make the staff aware of your feedback during your visit. If you feel this was not dealt with to your satisfaction please write to our Customer Service Manager outlining your experience within 1 month of your stay.
